At FEV Iberia, we are looking for an experienced Diesel Engine Calibration Project Manager / Team Leader to lead innovative powertrain projects and multidisciplinary teams in an international environment.

? Your Responsibilities

? Lead engine calibration and validation projects from development to production.

? Coordinate technical teams and project activities.

? Act as the main interface with customers and stakeholders.

? Ensure quality, timing and performance targets are achieved.

? Support the development of advanced propulsion and vehicle technologies.

? What We're Looking For

Experience in one or several of the following areas:

? Engine Calibration & Powertrain Development

? Diesel & Gasoline Engines

⚡ Hybrid & Electric Powertrains

? ECU Software Development & Application

✅ System Integration & Validation (SiV)

? CAN Networks, Electronics & OBD





? Emissions & Aftertreatment Systems (DOC, DPF, SCR, LNT)

?️ Climate Testing, Drivability & NVH

⚙️ Automatic Transmissions

?️ Functional Safety

? ADAS Technologies

? Project & Team Management

✅ Requirements

? Degree in Automotive, Mechanical, Electronic or Electrical Engineering.

? Professional level of English (French is a plus).

? Strong customer communication and teamwork skills.

? Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

? Knowledge of tools such as ETAS INCA, MATLAB/Simulink, CANalyzer, PUMA, CRETA, CONCERTO, OSIRIS, INDICOM or CAMEO is highly valued.
