About the Job As Head of Global Data Products at Allianz Technology, you will own the strategic roadmap and end-to-end delivery of Allianz's shared data products and services — spanning Group Anti-Fraud, Cat Analytics, GEOspatial Information Systemsand the Global Data Layer. Reporting to the Head of Data & Analytical Platforms, you will lead a global, cross-functional team and serve as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders across Allianz Group on all data and analytics topics. What you do * Define and execute the strategic roadmap for shared data products and services, aligned to Allianz Group's business and IT strategy, including the adoption of AI/GenAI and Agentic frameworks * Oversee the full lifecycle of enterprise-grade data products (Anti-Fraud, Cat Tools & Analytics, ALEx/MIS, GEOspatial, General Data Layer, Process Mining), ensuring governance, compliance, security, and performance standards * Drive innovation by embedding AI, ML, and real-time analytics capabilities into product roadmaps, transforming shared services to be future-ready * Lead, mentor,
