Position: Finance Expert, Spanish (Spain) - AI Training

Type: Contract

Compensation: $65/hour

Location: Remote

Duration: Oct 23 to Nov 19

Commitment: 21 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

- Develop comprehensive workspaces and files to simulate real-world finance tasks in Spain.
- Write detailed prompts and create grading rubrics for evaluating AI agents in finance.
- Evaluate the accuracy and depth of AI-generated content in finance to strengthen reasoning and rigor in model outputs.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure consistency and relevance in training data.
- Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while improving AI model performance.

Qualifications

Must-Have





- 5+ years in corporate finance, banking, investment, or audit.
- Native or fluent in Spanish.
- Degree from a top-20 university in Spain.
- Strong knowledge of Spanish financial practice (PGC / IFRS, CNMV regulation, Spanish tax filings).

Compensation & Legal

- Hourly contractor, Paid weekly via Stripe Connect.
