Experteer Overview As an AI Solution Consultant in Madrid, you will work with strategic customers to translate business challenges into Celonis-driven AI solutions. You’ll operate within the Value Engineering team, prototyping and demonstrating value to executives while guiding adoption and ROI realization. Travel across the EMEA region supports hands-on engagements and cross-functional collaboration. This role blends technology and business, shaping AI-enabled transformations at scale. quantify and present strategic value to senior executives • Ensure successful project outcomes: drive adoption thresholds and value realization • Best practice modeling: contribute reusable collateral and tools to the Center of Excellence Responsabilidades • Degree in Engineering, Data Analytics/Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related STEM field • 1–2 years of internship or full-time experience, ideally at the business-technology intersection • Knowledge of generative AI techniques (RAG, few-shot learning, prompt engineering, multi-agent orchestration, multimodal understanding, fine-tuning) • Proficiency in Python and ML libraries (LangChain, pandas, pydantic, sklearn, PyTorch) and data engineering tools • Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills • Customer-centric mindset with value delivery focus • Confident presenter with ability to address diverse audiences • Proactive, curious, and fast learner in a high-growth
