Good food starts with good olive oil. Making sure that olive oil reaches the table takes a lot of care behind the scenes.

GOTA is a Barcelona-born olive oil brand bringing a fresh approach to extra virgin olive oil. Our products are made from 100% Picual olives grown in Jaén, Spain, with two essentials at the heart of our range: Cooking Oil and Finishing Oil.

We're building a brand around something we truly believe in: great olive oil should be part of everyday life. Easy to use, full of flavour and always within reach.

We launched in 2026 and are growing internationally, with Germany and Spain as our main markets.

As GOTA grows, so does the complexity of getting every product, package and delivery just right. That's where you come in.

The role

We're looking for a Product & Operations Manager to make sure everything behind GOTA runs as smoothly as the olive oil flows.

You'll take ownership of product coordination, purchasing, inventory and production planning, working closely with our olive oil cooperative, packaging suppliers, logistics partners and internal teams.

You'll be involved in everything from making sure we have enough bottles and labels for our next production run to developing new packaging formats and coordinating materials for special launches.

This is a role for someone who enjoys combining planning and problem-solving with an eye for product quality and detail.

Someone who can think ahead, keep multiple projects moving and make sure great ideas become great products.

You'll play an essential part in helping GOTA grow without compromising on the quality and attention to detail that define the brand.

What you'll do

Product & production

- Coordinate the production of GOTA's products, working with suppliers of bottles, caps, labels, boxes and other packaging components.
- Manage olive oil purchasing and production coordination with our cooperative in Jaén.
- Plan production runs and replenishment schedules, ensuring the right products and materials are available when needed.




- Oversee product quality and consistency, coordinating with suppliers to ensure components, packaging and finished products meet GOTA's standards.

Purchasing, stock & logistics

- Manage inventory and stock levels across our production partners and our warehouse in Hamburg, Germany.
- Anticipate purchasing and production needs, balancing stock availability, lead times and costs.
- Coordinate with our sales team to forecast demand, prepare for seasonal peaks and support expansion into new markets.
- Manage suppliers, budgets, orders and delivery timelines, maintaining clear communication and reliable processes.
- Coordinate operational requirements and logistics to help ensure products reach our distribution partners and customers efficiently.

New products & special projects

- Research and develop new packaging formats, materials and product solutions, including bottles, tins, labels and shipping packaging.
- Work with our design team to turn creative concepts into finished, production-ready products.
- Coordinate branded materials for events and brand experiences, from tote bags to posters and other details.
- Manage production for campaigns, collaborations and seasonal launches, ensuring everything is delivered on time and to the right standard.
- Identify ways to improve our operations, from smarter purchasing and stock planning to more efficient supplier coordination.

What we're looking for

- Experience in operations, purchasing, production planning, supply chain or product coordination, ideally in food, beverages, FMCG or consumer goods.
- A good understanding of packaging materials, production processes and supplier management.




- Experience managing inventory, purchase orders, production schedules and delivery timelines.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple suppliers and projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail, with a practical, solutions-oriented mindset.
- Confidence working with numbers, budgets, stock data and planning tools.
- An interest in physical products, packaging innovation and the details that make a consumer brand stand out.
- Fluent English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate confidently with both national and international suppliers and partners.
- German is a plus, given our logistics operations and commercial presence in Germany.
- A proactive approach and the ability to work independently while collaborating closely with different teams.
