At ASTEK Iberia, we are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Platform Architect to join a leading international company and take ownership of the platform's technical architecture, governance and evolution.

? Main responsibilities:

- Define and maintain the technical architecture and roadmap of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring stability, performance, security and scalability.
- Ensure alignment between platform architecture, business strategy and enterprise architecture principles.
- Establish architecture standards, design patterns, technical documentation and governance practices.
- Lead solution design and architecture reviews, ensuring consistency across development teams and platform environments.
- Design cross-module solutions across ITSM, CMDB/CSDM, IRM/GRC, CSM, HRSD and related ServiceNow capabilities.
- Define and drive the CMDB and CSDM strategy, overseeing data integrity, service modelling and platform evolution.
- Identify opportunities to improve service delivery through automation, standardization and simplification.
- Guide technical teams on solution design, delivery practices and environment strategy.
- Collaborate with the Platform Owner, Enterprise Architecture and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Challenge legacy requirements and promote sustainable, maintainable and future-ready platform designs.




- Mentor internal teams, establish development standards and drive engineering best practices.

? Who are you?

- 7+ years of experience in IT architecture, with strong expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture.
- Proven experience designing and evolving enterprise-scale ServiceNow environments.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules, particularly ITSM, CMDB/CSDM, IRM/GRC, CSM and HRSD.
- Experience defining technical architecture roadmaps, governance frameworks and development standards.
- Solid understanding of CMDB architecture, service modelling, integrations and data architecture principles.
- Experience leading architecture reviews and guiding technical teams throughout solution design and delivery.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical decisions and trade-offs to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Leadership skills, with experience mentoring teams and promoting engineering best practices.
- Fluent English.
