Position: Medical Expert, Spanish (Spain) - AI Training

Type: Contract

Compensation: $120/hour

Location: Remote

Duration: Oct 23 to Nov 19

Commitment: 21 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

- Develop workspaces and files to simulate realistic professional tasks in medicine.
- Write prompts and create grading rubrics based on real medical work in Spain.
- Evaluate and improve AI agents by providing structured feedback on task performance.
- Collaborate with AI research teams to ensure alignment with Spanish clinical guidelines.
- Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines and enhance AI model training.

Qualifications

Must-Have





- 5+ years of clinical practice.
- Native or fluent in Spanish.
- Degree from a top-20 university in Spain.
- Licensed physician in Spain (colegiado), familiar with SNS protocols and Spanish clinical guidelines.
