El Camí de la Solidaritat is launching the world’s first Digital Incubator for grassroots NGOs—empowering them to tackle critical issues like climate change, poverty, and gender inequality with sustainable, high-impact solutions. To fuel this mission, we are seeking a proactive, impact-driven professional to bridge organisational strategy and execution, ensuring our mission translates into measurable outcomes and effective ways of working.

What You Will Do:

- Strategy: Partner with the C-suite to support the development and translation of organisational strategy into clear priorities and measurable outcomes.
- Operations: Enable the design and continuous evolution of El Cami's operating model, including processes, roles, and governance mechanisms needed to grow and scale responsibly.
- Alignment: Facilitate cross-functional coordination, align functional plans with organisational direction, and identify dependencies, gaps, and resource constraints.
- Leadership: Line manage and enable Project Managers,



providing direction, prioritisation, and development support.

- We are looking for someone who possesses:

- 7-10 years of relevant experience across strategy, business operations, organisational effectiveness, transformation, or comparable cross-functional roles.
- Strong analytical and systems thinking, with the ability to structure ambiguity and identify cross-functional dependencies and trade-offs.
- High emotional intelligence, robust facilitation skills, and the ability to influence and enable outcomes without direct authority.
