At Copernicus we are looking for a Real Estate Analyst for the development of the following functions: * Valuation of real estate assets of different typology (land, residential, offices, premises or warehouses...). * Analysis of market value, expected rental value and assumptions about market liquidity. * Support to the head of valuations in the relationship with investors in terms of defining the valuation strategy, scope and deadlines using the different methods available. * Implementation of processes and procedures for the operational improvement of the department. Requirements * Interest in Valuations * Knowledge of different valuation methods (comparison, income capitalization...) is a plus * Adept in Microsoft Excel * Desirable: Disability Certificate +33% Required competencies: * Analytical skills * Orientation to goals and results * Ability to work as part of a team * Proactive attitude * Interpersonal skills * High resistance to work under pressure Academic Background And Languages * Degree in technical (architecture, engineering) What we offer? * The best atmosphere.
