About the Company Leading international insurance company based in Madrid. Requirements * 10+ years' experience in insurance, with experience with MGAs and/or broking. Responsibilities * Define and execute the MGA channel strategy (target markets, business lines, and partnerships). * Identify, negotiate, and secure agreements with key MGAs across EMEA. * Oversee technical and financial performance of the portfolio (GWP, loss ratios, profitability). * Ensure adherence to underwriting, pricing, and governance standards. * Implement performance tracking frameworks (KPIs, dashboards, regular reviews). * Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Underwriting, Claims, Actuarial, Legal, Compliance). * Lead due diligence and onboarding of new MGA partners.
