We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Dutch -Speaking Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and generating new B2B business opportunities within the Dutch-speaking market. You will play a key part in driving revenue growth by engaging potential clients, qualifying leads, and setting up meetings for the sales team. Key Responsibilities * Proactively identify and prospect new B2B clients in Dutch-speaking markets. * Conduct outbound outreach via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels. * Qualify inbound and outbound leads according to defined criteria. * Schedule meetings and product demos for Account Executives. * Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients. * Maintain accurate records of activities and pipeline in CRM. * Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize lead generation strategies. * Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly KPIs.



Requirements * Fluent Dutch (C1 or native level) and professional English proficiency. * Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B sales, business development, or lead generation. * Proven experience with outbound prospecting and cold calling. * Strong communication and negotiation skills. * Target-driven mindset with a hunter mentality. * Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
