Position based in MADRID / PINTO Role Description The After‐Sales Service Leader will be responsible for managing a team of technicians, monitoring KPIs, and ensuring business profitability. Main Responsibilities * Coordinate and supervise a team of technicians to ensure efficient and timely service assistance. * Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the performance and effectiveness of the after‐sales service. * Ensure the profitability of the after‐sales service business by managing costs and optimizing resources. * Provide technical support and guidance to the team. * Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and service quality. * Handle customer complaints and issues.



* Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and customer experience.
