Experteer Overview In this role you will lead the operations of finance data products, turning data into actionable insights to support smarter financial decisions. You will coordinate across Finance, Digital, and DDIT to maintain and improve data lake, lakehouse, and warehouse ecosystems. You’ll ensure data quality, controls, and transparency across critical finance cycles while enabling AI-ready data operations. This is a collaborative, hands-on role at the intersection of data strategy and financial execution with impact across the organisation. Compensaciones / Incentivos • Act as the primary liaison across Finance, Digital, and DDIT to align and operate data product operations • Lead end-to-end operational activities of enterprise Finance data lake, lakehouse and warehouse products • Understand Finance processes, source systems, data flows and platform capabilities to own defined operational areas • Monitor data loads, pipelines, interfaces, and performance across close, planning, and forecasting cycles • Automate reconciliations,



data-quality rules and controls with audit-ready evidence • Triage incidents and data-quality issues, diagnose and coordinate resolution • Maintain SOPs, support models, escalation paths, calendars, and recovery procedures • Manage governed master data access workflows, security groups, retention and deletion per privacy and records-management requirements • Support AI-ready data operations by validating sources, context and metadata within entitlements • Collaborate across Digital Finance product teams on operational changes and stakeholder communications • Engage Finance users and Product teams with clear communications, knowledge articles and training, feeding back into backlog Responsabilidades • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field (as stated) • Typically 2–3 years in product operations, preferably with data platforms and Agile environments • Proven ability to manage timelines, resources, and deliverables in complex d
