We are looking for a motivated German-Speaking B2B Sales Executive to join an international team in Barcelona , supporting one of the world's leading AI companies.
In this role, you will focus on acquiring new business through inbound and outbound sales activities, identifying potential clients, and presenting innovative AI-powered advertising solutions.
Employment Type: Full-time | 39 hours per week
German C1 and English B2
Relocation Support: Identify and engage potential B2B clients through cold calling, email outreach, social selling, and inbound leads.
Generate new business opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline.
Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing.
Achieve and exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and activity KPIs.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM tools such as Salesforce.
German: C1 level.
English: Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in B2B sales, business development, or related roles.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, and online advertising platforms.
Proven experience in outbound sales, cold calling,



lead generation, and prospecting.
Experience in pre-sales activities and lead qualification.
Ability to communicate confidently with senior decision-makers, including C-level executives.
Familiarity with CRM platforms.
Experience managing customer databases and sales pipelines.
Strong commercial awareness, negotiation skills, and a target-driven mindset.
