Functional Tax Analyst – Spanish Payroll Location: Spain
Experience: 3+ Years
We are looking for a Functional Tax Analyst with strong experience in Spanish Payroll and Taxation.
Key Requirements:
~3+ years of experience in Payroll Tax / Spanish Payroll.
~ Strong knowledge of Spain Payroll, IRPF, Social Security, and statutory requirements.
~ Experience in payroll tax calculation, validation, reconciliation, and reporting.
~ Good understanding of Spanish tax regulations and payroll processes.
~ Ability to analyze payroll/tax issues and provide functional solutions.
~ Experience gathering requirements and working with business and technical teams.
~ Exposure to payroll systems, configuration, testing, UAT, and implementation.
~ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
~ Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Spanish Payroll experience is mandatory.
