Construction Project Manager

About Landed

Landed is a vertically integrated real estate development company based in Valencia and Amsterdam. We currently have a pipeline of 165 hotel units to be delivered over the next 2.5 years. These are spread across several projects including 5 new build ground up developments as well as the conversion of large warehouses 700–1,400 m²

What you'll do

- Responsible for your own project: You will manage a full-scale construction project end to end.
- Project planning: Plan the entire construction in advance and coordinate with the various subcontractors. Identify when important material orders need to be placed (kitchens, windows, furniture, etc.) to avoid delays. Help us scale our operations and expand our CRM of various subcontractors by sourcing and negotiating pricing with them.
- Execution oversight: Hands-on construction management, working closely and directly with subcontractors every day so you know exactly what is happening on site at all times. This role is very hands-on and requires real daily construction supervision: you will be on site handling daily issues.
- Being actionable: Solve issues and make on-site construction decisions to keep the project on track and avoid delays. Mornings on site solving issues, setting work with the team and identifying what needs to be purchased. Afternoons in the office making purchases, spotting and solving bottlenecks early, and planning ahead.
- Project delivery: Quality control across all phases,



making sure the work of every trade meets our high standards and calling people back to redo work when it isn't good enough. Ensure the apartments are 100% ready to be sold or rented by the end of the project.

What you are

- ✅ Architect, engineer or similar, with 1–3 years' experience in architecture or a similar role
- ✅ Motivated to manage entire renovation projects from planning to execution
- ✅ Fluent in English and Spanish
- ✅ A self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit
