Your responsibilities

- Lead and develop integral Logistics Execution teams across regions and logistics functions
- Ensure reliable and efficient logistics execution across international project business and outsourced logistics processes
- Manage operational performance through KPIs, service quality, capacity planning and resource utilization
- Take ownership of global operational escalations and ensure prompt resolution and implementation of sustainable solutions
- Ensure adherence to and continuously improve standards, processes, governance and digital tools in day-to-day logistics operations
- Actively shape the transformation and continuous improvement of the global Logistics Operating Model

Your profile

- Several years of experience in logistics and/or supply chain management, ideally in an international project environment
- Proven experience in leading and developing teams within an international matrix organization
- Strong understanding of logistics execution, performance management and operational logistics processes
- A structured, analytical and solution-oriented approach with a strong hands-on mindset
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to align diverse stakeholders and interests
- Good knowledge of SAP and digital logistics solutions, as well as excellent German and English language skills
