International Business Development Executive (Part-Time)

Location: Sevilla (Hybrid)

Hours: 25 hours per week (5 hours per day)

About us:

Giralda In & Out is a leading Spanish language school in Seville specialising in educational immersion programmes for international school groups.
We are currently expanding internationally and are looking for a Business Development Executive to help develop new partnerships with educational travel agencies and schools across Europe.

Main Responsibilities include:

- Research international educational travel markets.
- Identify potential partner agencies and schools.
- Build and maintain sales pipelines.
- Conduct outreach campaigns.
- Support participation in industry events and fairs.
- Maintain CRM (or similar) and reporting systems.
- Assist in developing commercial materials.
- Help with other required tasks

Requirements:

- 2+ years experience in business development, education or international sales.
- Demonstrate excellent command of spoken and written English and Spanish.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Strong professional communication skills (email, phone and face-to-face).
- Experience with LinkedIn and CRM systems.
- Ability to work independently.
- Higher Education level studies (in a subject and field relevant to this role)

Desirable:

- Experience within education, language travel or educational tourism.
- Additional languages (French or German).

Salary: €1,300 gross/month base salary + Commissions (Up to €1,600 gross/month OTE based on targets).
Job Type: Part-time (25 hours per week).
Payment Schedule: Distributed across 12 monthly payments.
