Temporary position – Maternity Leave Cover

PeopleHub is looking for an experienced and motivated Recruiter to join our team in Jávea on a temporary basis, covering a maternity leave.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, recruitment, and international clients, and who would like to be part of a growing and multicultural environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Source and recruit candidates across Spain and Portugal for employment opportunities in the Netherlands.
- Review CVs and conduct phone and video interviews.
- Guide candidates throughout the recruitment process and ensure a professional candidate experience.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and manage recruitment-related administration.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates.

Requirements

- Fluent Portuguese and English – both are essential.
- Good command of Spanish.




- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive, professional, and results-oriented approach.
- Previous recruitment experience is an advantage, but motivated candidates with a strong interest in recruitment are also welcome to apply.
