We are looking for a Sales Operations Intern to join the Körber Supply Chain Sales Operations team in Barcelona, starting in January 2027.

During this internship, you will support strategic commercial transformation initiatives and contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes, systems and data. A key focus of the role will be supporting the preparation of products and commercial processes for future CPQ scale-out, while also providing operational support across the broader Sales Operations function.

Key responsibilities:

- Support Sales Operations initiatives across systems, processes, data and commercial transformation.
- Assess product and business readiness for future CPQ onboarding.
- Map and document quotation, costing and pricing processes.
- Analyse and document Excel-based costing and calculation tools.
- Identify process, data and documentation gaps and support improvement actions.
- Develop and maintain process documentation,



training materials and user guidance.
- Support Sales key-user community activities.
- Coordinate information and actions across relevant business stakeholders.
- Support project tracking, testing, documentation and rollout preparation.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and automation initiatives within Sales Operations. * Currently completing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Operations or a related field.
- Fluent English.
- Good communication skills and confidence working in an international environment.
- Ability to organise and structure information gathered from different stakeholders.
- Comfortable mapping and documenting business processes.
