Role PurposeThe Moves, Adds & Changes (MAC) Project Manager owns the full lifecycle of office moves – from planning through execution to post-move review – coordinating employee relocations within and between buildings with multiple stakeholders. Fast-paced and high-volume, the position typically carries 5-15 concurrent projects ranging from small team moves to full building restacks.

Primary focus is MAC, with exposure to Launch as the portfolio grows. Day-to-day coordination spans the program team, Occupancy Planning, local FM, IT, Security, and Space Data Management. Responsibilities cover the assigned country and area but may extend to regional EMEA support, with occasional travel required.
