Omya Careers Solutions Design Lead page is loaded## Solutions Design Lead Applylocations: Barcelona FItime type: Full timeposted on: Posted 30+ Days Agojob requisition id: JR Main responsabilities: End-to-End Manufacturing Process Expertise* Define and validate end-to-end manufacturing processes, including: + Production execution, tank, packaging, labeling, and inventory updates + Warehouse flows (receiving, put-away, picking, shipping) + Traceability across materials, batches, and handling units* Ensure processes reflect real operational practices, including: + Manual interventions + Exceptions (rework, scrap, damaged products) MES / MOM Functional Leadership* Translate operational needs into clear, implementable functional requirements* Support definition of capabilities such as: + Real-time production tracking (WIP, scrap, rework) + Tank production and inventory + Packaging and labeling execution + Inventory synchronization and genealogy* Ensure alignment and integration with: + ERP systems (SAP) + Loading / shipping / receiving + Quality systems (LIMS)
