Your Mission

Lead the commercialization of IN100x by ensuring launch readiness, successful customer adoption, and continued product success. Working across Commercial, Operations, Clinical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, and Quality, you'll turn strategy into execution and help bring breakthrough neurotechnology to patients.
What You'll Do

Commercial Launch & Product Deployment

Lead and coordinate launch readiness activities for IN100x.
Support deployment planning, site onboarding, inventory forecasting, and distribution activities.
Track key milestones and drive alignment across cross-functional teams.
Product Marketing & Customer Engagement

Develop and maintain customer-facing materials, digital content, and product communications.
Support scientific congresses, customer events, and training programs.
Ensure all product messaging aligns with approved claims and value propositions.
Product Lifecycle & Customer Experience

Support customer onboarding, complaint handling, product returns, and escalation processes.
Coordinate approved product updates, labeling changes,



and sustainment activities.
Identify and proactively address risks impacting customer experience or product availability.
Insights & Continuous Improvement

Monitor product adoption, customer feedback, site activation, and operational performance.
Translate data into actionable insights and recommendations that support business decisions and continuous improvement.
What You'll Bring

Required
Experience supporting product launches or commercialization programs.
Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in medical devices, healthcare technology, or a related regulated industry.
3+ years of project management experience, coordinating cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution.
Experience developing customer-facing content and coordinating events or congresses.
