The Global Strategic Marketing & Communication Specialist is responsible for defining and driving DECCO's global marketing and communication strategy, ensuring alignment between business objectives, brand positioning, and commercial growth priorities.

This role focuses on developing a consistent global narrative, strengthening DECCO's market positioning, and enabling effective communication across regions, products, and business functions. The position works closely with senior leadership, commercial teams, R&D;,



and regional stakeholders to enhance brand visibility, support go-to-market strategies and reinforce DECCO's leadership within the post-harvest industry.

KeyResponsibilities

Global Marketing & Communication Strategy

Develop and implement DECCO's integral marketing and communication strategy aligned with business objectives.

Define strategic communication priorities and annual marketing plans.

Support business growth initiatives through effective market positioning and value proposition development.

Monitor market trends, customer needs, and industry developments to identify communication opportunities.

Brand, Content & Messaging Governance

Ensure consistency of brand identity, messaging, and communication standards across all regions.

Develop messaging frameworks and value propositions for products, solutions, and corporate initiatives.

Oversee the creation and distribution of strategic marketing conten
