Define and execute the company's growth strategy
Drive commercial development across key markets
Hold full P&L; responsibility for the business
Build strategic relationships with customers and partners
Lead and develop the local management team
Ensure operational excellence across the manufacturing site
Strengthen processes, governance and organizational capabilities
Act as the company's key representative in the market
The Successful Applicant

Proven General Manager experience with full business accountability and a strong track record in commercial development, market expansion and P&L; management.




Hands-on and entrepreneurial leader, comfortable operating in a mid-sized manufacturing environment and dealing with both strategic priorities and day-to-day operational challenges.
Strong people leadership and organizational development skills, with the ability to introduce structure, processes and succession plans while fostering a high-performance culture.
Commercially driven executive with experience in industrial B2B environments, ideally within the packaging sector or adjacent industries.
Willingness to be based at the production site during the week, maintaining close proximity to the business, the operations and the local team.
