At NTT DATA, we are looking for a

Senior Contract Specialist

to join a long-term international project connected to the

European energy sector .
You will work in a structured and regulated environment, managing and coordinating contractual activities across several active contracts. The role combines

contract management, financial follow-up, reporting and stakeholder coordination , with a strong focus on accuracy, compliance and deadlines.
English is the working language , so you will use it daily in meetings, documentation and communication with international stakeholders.
What will you do?

Manage and monitor several active contracts, ensuring that key

milestones, deliverables, deadlines and contractual obligations





are properly followed up.
Prepare and review

contractual, financial and supporting documentation

throughout the contract lifecycle.
Support the preparation and implementation of

new contracts, amendments, extensions and other contractual changes .
Analyse financial information, including

cash flow, payment forecasts, cost estimates and cost-impact assessments .
Monitor invoices, payments and contractual financial commitments, identifying discrepancies and following up on their resolution.
Maintain accurate

planning, financial and reporting information

across contracts.
Coordinate contract-related meetings, prepare minutes and ensure effective follow-up of agreed actions.
Ensure contractual information and documentation are

consistent, traceable and audit-ready .
Coordinate contractual activities and reporting with multiple stakeholders across different teams and countries.
