The Role
GoGlobal is seeking a Fractional Head of Marketing to build and accelerate our general marketing engine.
This is not a traditional corporate marketing leadership role. We are looking for an AI-native, highly creative, hands-on marketer who combines strategic thinking with exceptional execution. Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, you will be responsible for generating pipeline growth through digital marketing, content, demand generation, events, paid campaigns, automation, and emerging AI-powered marketing strategies.
We are looking for someone who can quickly understand our business, bring fresh ideas to existing initiatives, and create measurable commercial impact from day one. What You Will Do
- Develop and execute marketing initiatives that generate qualified pipeline and support revenue growth.
- Build and optimize multi-channel demand generation programs across digital, content, events, partnerships, and outbound channels.




- Strengthen GoGlobal's market position through compelling thought leadership, content, and brand initiatives.
- Partner closely with Sales, Partnerships, Revenue Operations, and Leadership teams to align marketing activity with commercial priorities.
- Own and improve lead generation, nurturing, conversion, and marketing automation programs.
- Optimize key marketing channels including paid media, SEO, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), website conversion, email marketing, webinars, and social media.
- Leverage AI and automation tools to increase productivity, accelerate execution, and improve marketing effectiveness.
- Continuously test, learn, and iterate using data-driven insights to improve campaign performance and ROI.
- Track and report on pipeline generation, campaign performance, conversion rates, and revenue impact.
