About the Role
We are seeking a Project Finance & Investment Manager to join the group's overseas project investment and finance team, based in Munich, Germany.
The successful candidate will work closely with business development, project development and EPCOM teams to evaluate investment opportunities,



structure financing solutions, and support the development and delivery of utility‑scale solar PV and energy storage projects across the EMEA region.
This role offers exposure to international renewable energy investments, project financing transactions and cross‑border collaboration with financial institutions, investors and project stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate renewable energy investment opportunities from a project finance, financial feasibility and bankability perspective.
Develop and review financial models, investment analyses and project return assessments in collaboration with financial analysts.
Coordinate with project development and EPCOM teams on project structuring, commercial arrangements and financing requirements.
Prepare investment memoranda, financing proposals and supporting documentation for internal approvals and investment decisions.
