Your Mission
As Fleet by Dealer Manager you´ll drive the growth of BYD’s B2B business through our dealer network in Spain.
This position will play a key role in accelerating our B2B performance across three strategic areas: Fleet by Dealer (FBD), BYD Business Centers and BYD Renting.
The successful candidate will be responsible for turning our dealer network into an increasingly active B2B sales channel, ensuring that dealers have the right tools, commercial focus and support to identify opportunities and convert them into orders and registrations.
The role will also lead the development and performance monitoring of our Business Centers,



our specialized B2B dealers, and will be responsible for driving BYD Renting across the network, working closely with dealers and our renting partner to maximize penetration and conversion.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead the deployment and execution of BYD’s Fleet by Dealer strategy across the Spanish dealer network, ensuring alignment with national B2B objectives.
- Drive B2B sales performance through the dealer network, with a strong focus on SME, professional customers and local corporate opportunities.
- Take ownership of the BYD Business Center program, supporting the development of the existing network and identifying opportunities to expand it with the right dealer partners.
- Define and monitor Business Center performance, ensuring the required level of commercial activity, lead management, customer prospecting and B2B expertise.
