Summary – basic function of the role





We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Product Cost Engineer to join our team in Alcobendas, Madrid. This is a hands-on, high-impact role offering the opportunity to shape and develop Enerpac's integral Product Cost Engineering capability while driving meaningful cost reduction across our product portfolio. Working on-site four days per week with flexibility to work from home on Fridays, you will partner closely with Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations and suppliers to identify and deliver sustainable cost savings through Value Analysis / Value Engineering (VAVE), product redesign, material optimisation, manufacturing improvements and supplier solutions. As the first dedicated hire in this capability, you will play a key role in establishing the tools, methodologies and best practices that will support Enerpac's long-term cost competitiveness and growth.
