Role Overview
We are looking for an analytical, organized, and proactive CRM & Reporting Junior to join our Marketing team in Barcelona.

Working closely and directly reporting to our Digital Marketing Manager;you will be the key driver to scale, standardize, and elevate our CRM (HubSpot) and data infrastructure to the next level.



You will act as a bridge between Marketing, Tech, Leasing, and Asset Management, ensuring our pipelines run smoothly and transforming raw data into actionable insights to power strategic decision-making across the business.

Key Responsibilities
CRM Operations & Email Automation

- Database Quality & Hygiene: Maintain, segment, and structure our HubSpot database, including custom properties, deduplication, and imports, ensuring data accuracy and GDPR compliance across all pipelines.
- Workflows & Automation: Design, build, and optimize automated workflows, lead scoring models, and lifecycle stages to improve lead conversion and operational efficiency.
- Email Marketing: Build and execute segmented email campaigns and nurturing sequences across audiences, including A/B testing and performance tracking (deliverability, open, click, and conversion rates).
