About the OpportunityJoin a fast-growing international SaaS company that helps eCommerce businesses improve their online sales through innovative digital solutions. As an Account Executive, you will manage the full sales cycle, working with prospective clients from the first contact through to closing the deal.
Your RoleYou'll own the entire sales process—from prospecting and discovery to closing new business and handing over customers to the Customer Experience team.
Your responsibilities include:
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
- Contact qualified leads assigned automatically by the system.
- Conduct discovery calls and product demonstrations.




- Guide prospects through a free trial period.
- Convert trial users into paying customers.
- Build strong relationships with decision-makers.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales pipeline.

Collaborate closely with the Customer Experience team to ensure a smooth customer handover after closing.
Performance MetricsSuccess in this role is measured by:
80–100 outbound calls per day
Product demonstrations and client meetings
Trial-to-paid conversion rate
Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) generated
Overall sales target achievement
Ramp-up targets:
Month 0: 0%
Month 1: 0%
Month 2: 30%
Month 3: 60%
Month 4: 100%
What We're Looking ForNative French speaker.
Native or bilingual English.
Must already reside in Spain (mandatory).
1–6 years of commercial sales experience.
Previous experience in:
- o B2B Sales
- o SDR
- o BDR
- o Outbound prospect
