The roleBlue Earth Capital is creating a Junior Compliance Officer position based in Madrid to strengthen the Legal & Compliance team's integral compliance capacity. Reporting to the Head of Legal & Compliance,



the initial priority is managing the day-to-day AML/KYC/KYA processes across the firm's funds and entities. The role also supports the issuance and supervision of compliance policies and manuals and the development and operation of a firm-wide compliance monitoring program, under senior guidance. The role prepares reviews, documents findings and escalates exceptions; final approvals remain with the designated senior approver. This is a hands-on role for a candidate building a career in compliance within the impact and private markets industry.
Key responsibilities
- Global AML/KYC management: Manage AML/KYC/KYA due diligence for the firm's funds and entities, including onboarding, periodic and event-driven reviews. Collect and review documentation, identify gaps or risk indicators, document findings and escalates exceptions in line with internal procedures. Coordinate with our global investment teams and external counterparties to keep documentation complete and curr
