As a Trade Marketeer Iberia, you will expand Lamb Weston’s market share and brand awareness in the Foodservice segments in Spain & Portugal by developing, driving and implementing marketing solutions leveraging push & pull strategy. These activities will be in line with the corporate brand and marketing strategies and with the country route to market

You will become part of the Marketing team EMEA. In this role you report to the channel Markteer Food Service. This role is remote, based in Barcelona or Madrid.

This is a temporary role starting 1 dec 2026 until 1 july 2027

What do you do?

Contribute to the long term Route to market strategy and develops the initiatives in the focus segments

Support the country sales manager in developing the country’s Annual Operating Plan

Identify areas of opportunity to further improve customer engagement in the channel across regions

Stay current on market trends, industry standards and competitor activities

Utilize data and consumer insights to provide recommendations to drive category growth and market share





Support the country sales manager in performing business reviews and provide improvements based on market insights

Build customer engagement and loyalty through developing activation campaigns (multichannel)

Build local network with marketing- and PR agencies and relevant Foodservice related organizations

Develop marketing communication instruments to enable and equip country sales to practice consultative selling

Manage trade shows and other promotional events in sync with commercial plans and core guidelines

Ensure aligned timing of launches and campaigns towards customers and the sales team

Create, manage and control distribution of content across communication channels and digital platforms within the country in sync with brand marketing and core.

Provide excellent marketing service to our key customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
