Drafts speeches, briefings, and LinkedIn posts for executive leaders
Prepares Q&A; documents and speaking notes for leadership appearances
Produces research and background papers to support executive messaging
Supports crisis communications preparations as required
Editorial & Message Management
Maintains the editorial calendar for leadership communications
Curates the message bank and tone-of-voice library to ensure consistency across all executive communications
Ensures all content is aligned with HARTING's positioning as a global leading family-owned technology group
Events & Leadership Formats
Supports the planning and production of town halls, CEO video messages, and other leadership communication formats
Assists in the preparation of live Q&A; sessions and similar leadership formats
Stakeholder Support
Acts as a reliable operational partner for the Team Lead and the Executive Board's communications needs




Collaborates closely with the CEO Office and Family Office to deliver timely and accurate content

Qualifications & Competency Profile:
Education & Experience: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communications, Journalism, Political Science, Media Studies, or a comparable relevant field. 2–4 years of professional experience in communications, content creation, or a comparable field.
Language Proficiency (DE/EN) : Proficient in both German and English, with strong writing skills and a keen sense for tone, nuance, and adapting language to individual executive voices.
Content Ideation (DE/EN) : Develops relevant content ideas and narrative angles to support executive communications, contributing creative input within a defined strategic framework.
