Business Analyst – Finance
Would you like to start a new professional adventure as a Business Analyst in one of our opportunities in the Finance and IT Consulting industry in Italy?
Your missions?
- Gather, analyse and document business requirements in collaboration with business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories and detailed specifications.
- Prepare and maintain functional documentation, ensuring clarity, consistency and traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with business and IT teams to identify process improvements and ensure alignment between business objectives and technical solutions.
- Use Jira and Confluence to manage requirements, track project progress and maintain project documentation.
- Participate in workshops, meetings and discussions with stakeholders to clarify requirements and validate proposed solutions.
- Support the implementation of business solutions, ensuring that delivered functionalities meet the defined requirements.

✍️ Your profile?




- Degree in Business, Economics, Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar functional role.
- Mandatory experience in Finance-related environments or Finance projects .
- Good knowledge of Jira and Confluence , with experience in requirements gathering and functional documentation.
- Fluent English, with the ability to communicate effectively with international stakeholders.

Nice to have:
- Previous experience in financial services, banking or other finance-related transformation projects would be a plus.
- Experience working in Agile environments would be an advantage.
