Responsibilities
Expert proficiency with leading cloud models: Runway (Gen-3 Alpha), Luma Dream Machine, Kling AI, Hailuo (Mini Max), and Veo 3. Understanding the strengths and weaknesses of each for specific tasks (e.G., realism vs. animation). Post-Production & Compositing: Strong skills in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, or Da Vinci Resolve to composite AI layers, fix artifacts, and handle color grading.
Open Source Video Models: Hands‐on experience implementing and fine‐tuning open weights models like Cog Video X, Hunyuan Video, Mochi 1, and LTX‐Video within local environments. Character Performance & Lip‐Sync: Experience creating talking heads and expressive avatars using Live Portrait, Hedra, Hallo, or Sync Labs. Ability to fix uncanny valley effects. Video‐to‐Video & Style
