WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
Commercial Contracts: You review, negotiate, and draft a wide range of commercial contracts, including licensing, lease, delivery, IT/IP, and intercompany agreements. You also create influencer contracts for our own brands like REVIEW and handle brand collaborations such as VitaCoco, ANSON'S, and REVIEW.
EU Sustainability & Compliance: You implement key EU sustainability regulations - including the PPWR and the Green Claims Directive - while overseeing GDPR compliance, internal policies, whistleblowing procedures, and consumer protection law.
Corporate & Employment Law: You handle day-to-day corporate housekeeping, draft shareholder resolutions, manage powers of attorney, and handle filings with the Spanish Commercial Register (Registro Mer
