This role will lead complex grid interconnection,



transmission planning, renewable and battery-storage integration, inverter-based resource (IBR), and reliability studies while mentoring engineers and supporting client growth.Essential Duties and Responsibilities Lead complex power-system, interconnection, transmission, renewable, storage, IBR, power-quality, and grid-compliance studies.Establish study methodology, assumptions, modeling approaches, and quality standards.Review, validate, and troubleshoot models and serve as a final technical reviewer.Lead RMS and EMT modeling, validation, and IBR performance assessments.Present and defend technical findings to clients, utilities, ISO/RTOs, and other stakeholders.Manage key client relationships, project scope, schedules, and technical deliverables.Mentor engineers and review technical work.Support proposals, scopes, fee estimates, and business development.Stay current on FERC, NERC, IEEE, ISO/RTO, utility, and Ca
