We deal with people who are subject to an Individual Voluntary Arrangement (IVA).
We are looking for new team members to join both our customer services and financial review teams.
Both roles require the ability to deliver excellent customer service,



whilst handling your own workload.The customer services agent will be handling a variety of customer and creditor queries in a fast paced environment.
A calm and logical approach is required, being able to think on your own initiative and find solutions to issues raised and patience when dealing with vulnerable clients.The financial review officer will be working with clients who require an income and expenditure review to reassess their affordability.
Maybe they have fallen into further financial difficulty.
The role requires a calm, sensitive and logical approach, being able to think on their own initiative, problem solve and be able to negotiate an appropriate outcome.A full-time contact of 40 hours per week with a starting salary of €17,100 per annum gross pay, is offered.
