WHY THIS ROLE EXISTS
Our founder leads brand and growth. We need the person who makes the company run: turning decisions into owners, dates and results, and holding finance and people processes together. You start as Operations & Finance Manager (Chief of Staff), working side by side with the GM.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN
• Operating rhythm: run our weekly and monthly cycle, follow up on commitments, and make sure blockers get solved, not parked.
• Finance: P&L;, cash and budgets across both entities. Build the profitability layer: channel margins, LTV/CAC, and the profit and cash side of our 3-year plan. Work with our accountants and tax advisors.
• People & HR: hiring, onboarding, the performance review cycle, and HR tooling (Factorial).
• Strategic projects: business cases and execution for new channels (marketplaces, wholesale, retail tests)



and the operational decisions that keep a growing brand healthy.
• Admin: take the company admin off the team's plate.

WHAT YOU BRING
• 5–8 years of experience, including at least 2–3 years in an operating role at a start-up, scale-up or consumer (eCommerce) brand. You've built and run things yourself, not only advised on them.
• Strong with numbers: you can build a cash forecast and a channel P&L; yourself.
• You enjoy follow-through, and you can hold people to commitments with calm firmness, without needing a title to do it.
• Experience managing people, or the ambition and maturity to do so soon.
• Fluent English. German is a strong plus (DACH is our home market); Spanish is a plus.
