Green Horizon Partners is seeking an Analyst to join its team in Madrid or London.

The successful candidate will have one to two years of experience in investment banking or M&A; advisory and will support the execution of sell-side and buy-side mandates. Responsibilities include preparing Confidential Information Memoranda and teasers, conducting financial analysis, coordinating buyer outreach, and working closely with clients and senior members of the team.

Qualifications
• One to two years of experience in investment banking, M&A; advisory, transaction services or a comparable role.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with financial databases and research tools is an advantage.
• Robust Analytical Skills with the ability to interpret complex financial, market, and operational data.
• Experience conducting Due Diligence, including reviewing financial statements, KPIs, and commercial, legal, and operational information.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple workstreams, and collaborate effectively in a small, senior-led team.
