Role Summary:

We’re looking for a Senior Gameplay Programmer to join our growing team at Naphora Games Group and help us build, scale and polish the gameplay of our hybrid-casual mobile games, from early prototypes through Soft Launch and beyond.

This is a fully remote position open to candidates from any location. You’ll need to be available during our Saudi Arabia working schedule (Sunday–Thursday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM KSA time).

The role combines hands-on gameplay development with technical leadership. You’ll use Unity and C# to design,



build and optimize the core systems that make our games feel great to play, and you’ll set the technical standards the rest of the team builds on.

You’ll work closely with Game Design, Art, Product, Engineering and AI Engineering in a fast-paced environment where rapid prototyping, experimentation and iteration are central to how we work.

Responsibilities

Gameplay Systems & Architecture

• Design, develop, test and optimize core gameplay systems using Unity (C#)
• Implement game mechanics, controls, physics, camera and AI behaviors
• Own the architecture of gameplay systems, making sure they are scalable, modular and reusable across titles and prototypes
• Make sound technical decisions that balance speed, quality and long-term maintainability

Prototyping & Iteration

• Work with designers to prototype and iterate on new gameplay concepts quickly
• Turn design ideas into playable builds fast, then refine them ba
