About the role
We’re looking for a Senior Digital Producer with a strong technical background and an eye for design to help turn creative concepts into digital experiences.
You’ll work closely with clients, developers and our internal creative team, translating ideas into technical solutions and ensuring a smooth process from initial scoping to final delivery. You’ll combine technical expertise, project coordination and clear communication to make sure creative ambition and technical feasibility go hand in hand.
What you’ll do
• Digital production: Coordinate projects from concept to launch, managing timelines, budgets, resources and dependencies.
• Technical solutions: Assess feasibility, define technical approaches and identify the right tools and technologies for each project.
• Developer collaboration: Work closely with developers and technical partners, translating creative concepts into clear technical briefs and requirements.
• Client management: Understand client needs, lead technical discussions and manage expectations around scope, feasibility and delivery.
• Team coordination: Keep internal teams and external collaborators aligned throughout the production process.
• Technology scouting: Stay up to date with emerging technologies, AI and digital trends, identifying opportunities to apply them to our work.

You might be the person we’re looking for if…
• 5–8+ years of experience in digital production, technology or development, ideally within a creative agency or digital studio.
• Solid understanding of web development, digital platforms and technical workflows, and can confidently discuss technical solutions with developers.
• Good eye for design and an appreciation for creativity, visual quality and the details that make digital experiences stand out.
