Actively partnering with our regional and local stakeholders, the successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the end-to-end Talent Acquisition Process, improving the effectiveness of the selection while providing a great candidate experience. You will also be the first point of contact for the European Hiring Managers and/or Local HR managers when it comes to defining recruitment needs, sourcing, and screening approach and improving the process.

Hybrid: 2-3 times in the Madrid office (after 1.5 month of onboarding)

Key Responsibilities:
• Run end-to-end recruitment for diversified positions across the business




• Engage hiring managers and business owners on recruitment needs and pipelines
• Source candidates via active and passive channels (LinkedIn, networks, referrals)
• Screen CVs and conduct competency-based interviews
• Create targeted job advertisements and employer branding content
• Manage candidate data in ATS and HRIS systems
• Coordinate interview loops, assessments and offer management
• Track and report on recruitment KPIs and SLAs
• Support onboarding and integration of new employees
• Liaise with senior recruiters and recruitment team leaders on complex roles
• Build candidate experience through proactive communication
• Identify and propose selection process improvements

Required Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or a related field preferred.
• Proven ability to manage multiple vacancies and stakeholders.
• Track record of delivering against recruitment KPIs.
• Excellent communication skills
