Good food starts with good olive oil. And we're on a mission to bring better olive oil to more tables around the world.

GOTA is a Barcelona-born olive oil brand with roots in Jaén, Spain. We make 100% Picual extra virgin olive oil, designed for the way people actually cook and eat: a smooth, versatile Cooking Oil for everyday meals and a bold, vibrant Finishing Oil for the final touch.

Our ambition goes beyond selling great olive oil. We want to bring a little more of the Mediterranean lifestyle into everyday kitchens. Good ingredients, simple pleasures and more moments worth sharing.

We launched in 2026 and are already growing across Europe, with Germany as our leading market and Spain close behind.

Now we're looking for someone to help take GOTA further.

The role

We're looking for an International Sales & Business Development Manager to drive GOTA's commercial growth and bring our products to new customers, partners and markets.

You'll take ownership of our B2B sales development, with a strong focus on Germany and Spain,



while identifying opportunities across other European markets.

From opening new retail accounts and building distributor relationships to developing partnerships with hotels, companies and hospitality groups, you'll play a central role in expanding GOTA's presence.

This is a hands-on position with real responsibility. You'll work on commercial strategy, but you'll also be the person making calls, meeting potential partners, negotiating agreements and closing deals.
We're looking for someone who enjoys building relationships, spots opportunities and gets things moving.

The goal is simple: get GOTA onto more shelves, into more kitchens and onto more tables.
