Your Responsibilities Business strategy and portfolio management

• Define and execute the local marketing and action plans, aligned with Iberia, South Cluster, European and integral priorities. Manage portfolio positioning, lifecycle and launches; propose budgets, objectives and growth initiatives; and establish pricing policies with the Business Unit Manager within applicable approval frameworks. Coordinate with Olympus Europe on acquisition pricing and future portfolio needs.

Market insight and commercial development

• Analyse market trends, competitors and customer needs to identify opportunities and develop business proposals. Maintain close relationships with customers and clinical stakeholders, support sales in acquiring and retaining customers, and collaborate on tailored solutions, technical projects and public tender documentation.

Clinical support, demonstrations and training

• Maintain strong knowledge of Respiratory products, procedures and therapy areas, including the capabilities and limitations of competing solutions.



Provide ongoing clinical and product support to customers and sales colleagues, conduct demonstrations and product evaluations, and design and deliver training on products, procedures and market developments.

Marketing communication and customer engagement

• Develop communication campaigns, promotional materials and educational initiatives that support business growth. Organise and participate in courses, congresses, scientific meetings and customer events, and contribute to digital and social media activities through approved company channels.

Operational coordination

• Coordinate product introductions, discontinuations and stock requirements with Purchasing and relevant teams. Oversee the acquisition, availability and maintenance of demonstration equipment, ensuring that Respiratory products in the Demo Hub remain in optimal condition and ready for customer activities.
