As ESG Analyst – EU Policy & Implementation (m/f/x) you will be responsible for tracking EU and Member State ESG-related policies and regulations (with a focus on the Battery Regulation, carbon border adjustments mechanism, supply chain due diligence, corporate sustainability reporting, etc.), compiling timely internal briefs, and assisting in Munich office and Spain factory with ESG compliance. Serve as the communication bridge between the EU policy context and the Group's headquarters in Xiamen China, ensuring smooth two-way information flow. Outgoing personality, proactive in driving cross-departmental collaboration, breaking down silos,



and helping diverse teams understand policy requirements in plain language and driving implementation.

Key responsibilities

1. Policy Tracking & Information Relay
• Monitor ESG-related regulatory developments at EU-level, as well as those in Germany and Spain (e.g., Battery Regulation, CBAM, CSDDD, CSRD), promptly identifying changes that may impact the business.
• Translate complex policies into language that teams can understand, producing concise internal briefs (in Chinese and English) for European management and headquarters.
• Maintain a compliance calendar to remind departments of key deadlines (report submissions, end of transition periods) so nothing is missed.

2. ESG Compliance Coordination
• Assist Munich office and Spain factory in preparing ESG compliance materials (environmental permits, emissions data, waste records, energy reports, etc.) and coordinate with external au
