? THE CONTEXT
Launched in 2020, Adeo Marketplace Services is an international Business Unit dedicated to developing marketplaces across Adeo group brands and countries, with the ambition of offering an expanded product range at the heart of a top-tier specialist omnichannel experience. In six years, we have successfully deployed 7 Leroy Merlin marketplaces across Europe. A true center of digital and data excellence, the Adeo Marketplace Services team combines an entrepreneurial mindset with rigorous standards,
enabling the marketplace to establish itself among market leaders and drive rapid growth. The Leroy Merlin and Tecnomat marketplaces are accelerating their international development. Driven by stronger regulatory requirements and increasing governance complexity, we are growing our organization.
? YOUR MISSION
As Head of Risks & Compliance Marketplace, and a member of the Marketplace Executive Committee (ExCo), you will define and lead the global strategy for risk management, compliance, and platform trust.
1. Strategic Governance & Executive Committees
• Sit on the Marketplace Executive Committee (ExCo) to embed compliance and risk management into core strategic business decisions.
• Advise leadership on emerging risks, evolving regulatory frameworks, and associated operational/financial impacts.
• Hold and exercise the delegation of criminal liability regarding regulatory compliance and Marketplace operational safety.
• Lead compliance strategy alongs
