What You'll Do
• Identify and engage independent hotels across Spain
• Sign new deals and generate new business opportunities through outbound sales activities
• Conduct product demonstrations and present Noovy's value proposition
• Attend industry events, trade fairs, and hospitality exhibitions
• Build long-term relationships with hotel decision-makers
• Collaborate closely with Marketing and Customer Success teams
• Share market insights and customer feedback to support product development
• Travel regularly to meet prospects and customers
What You Bring
• Native-level Spanish and professional English
• 2+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience within hospitality, travel, or hotel technology
• Strong relationship-building and networking skills
• Experience using CRM and sales tools such as HubSpot
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel frequently
• Full work authorization in Spain (no visa sponsorship available)
• Based in Spain
